01Delete it in the app

This works the same on Android and iPhone, and takes effect immediately.

• 1. Open MVIII and tap the settings mark at the top right.
• 2. Open Account.
• 3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

02Or ask us by email

If you no longer have the app, email mviii@mviiiwod.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my MVIII account". We confirm the address and delete the account within 30 days, and reply when it is done.

03What is deleted

Everything stored with your account, at once:

• Your account: your name, email address and sign-in.
• Your profile: goal, training level, schedule, equipment, body measurements and targets.
• Your training: workouts, sets, history and records.
• Your food: logged foods and meals, foods and meals you saved, and meal plans.
• Your scan results, tasks, routines, challenges and goals.
• The record of your Pro subscription and your AI feature usage counts.

Some data never leaves your phone, so we never had it: your Stack, your Coach 8 conversation, your water log and your settings. Your Stack is deleted from the phone when you delete your account. The rest is removed when you uninstall the app.

04What is kept, and for how long

• Backups. Our database provider keeps encrypted backups for disaster recovery. Your deleted data can remain in them until they expire, for up to 30 days, and is never restored from them.
• Your subscription. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in Google Play under Payments and subscriptions, or in your App Store settings. Google and Apple keep their own purchase records under their own policies.
• Android beta sign-up. If you joined the Android beta on this website, that email address is kept separately until the beta ends, or deleted sooner if you ask.

Nothing else is kept. Photos taken for scans were never stored to begin with. See the Privacy Policy for everything the app collects.
